teams since 1995 and spent more than ten years as the Global Insect Control Portfolio Manager for DuPont Crop

Protection. As the Executive Vice President at a Santa Monica based biotech startup Philip also installed cross

functional product leadership as the strategic business management process. He established Philip Rollinson
