Michele has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business executive and impact measurement expert. She is Founder and CEO of Boundless Impact Research & Analytics, an industry research and impact analytics platform that provides quantitative and evidence-based research and data for investors, companies, and funds.

Michael E. Gruen is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Boundless Impact Research & Analytics. With over 20 years of experience, Michael has driven technology transformation, innovation, and growth across a variety of sectors including cosmetics, cloud security, labor marketplaces, and real estate.
