Kate Krueger

 

Kate Krueger is founder of Helikon Consulting, an organization that partners with visionary scientists, investors, and entrepreneurs to develop their technical strategy.

She combines a broad perspective on the academic and industrial landscape of cell-based meat and high-tech food with deep expertise in protein biochemistry and cell biology.

Kate is former Research Director of New Harvest, the first nonprofit organization dedicated to cellular agriculture. Before New Harvest, Kate worked science-side at Perfect Day Foods, the first precision fermentation company to make milk proteins, where she contributed to their foundational patent.

Kate holds a PhD in Cell Biology from Yale University, and is passionate about using technology for the betterment of society.
