The “Longevity Economy” or the economic activities of U.S. adults 50+ is estimated to be one of the fastest-growing markets in our country. Currently, the U.S. contains over 111 million adults age 50 and older and they control the majority of the nation’s investable assets. Older adults are living, working, and spending money for a greater number of years than did previous generations and the number of adults 50+ is projected to increase by 45% between 2015 and 2050.
This webinar discussed investment trends and business innovations aimed at meeting the health and financial planning needs of older adults, such as managing aging-related symptoms and tracking medical expenses. The webinar featured Judy Holtzman of Longevity Venture Advisors, Dr. Joon Yun of Palo Alto Investors, and Heather Holmes of Genivity.
