Boundless Marketing Intern

Boundless is looking for Marketing interns to assist in supporting our membership, marketing, and event-related activities.

Boundless Impact Research & Analytics is looking for a Marketing intern to assist in supporting our membership, marketing, and event-related activities. The Marketing Intern is expected to work with Boundless staff and leadership team to manage communications and marketing activities, outreach, and cultivation of existing and prospective members, and help organize events.

The Marketing Intern can work flexibly between 15-30 hours per week, in-office or remotely, receiving direction and guidance from a Boundless manager. This is a paid internship at $15 per hour, running from September 2024 through December 2024 (depending on availability).

Who We Are

Boundless is an industry research and environmental impact analytics firm that provides objective and actionable information to move investment dollars more quickly toward clean technologies and climate solutions. Our science-based, data-driven approach is grounded in the proven methodology of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The scores and metrics derived are trustworthy and reliable because they are unbiased and validated by external industry and/or scientific experts. Boundless has the capabilities to perform rapid (and screening) LCA, LCA consistent with ISO 14040, and Scope 1,2,3 emissions inventories.

We are rapidly expanding as we extend our environmental impact analytics to a growing customer base of investors, companies, and large institutions. We are also developing online data platforms for our company and investor subscribers, to provide access to our climate impact scores, reports and analytics, and industry benchmarks. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team, focused on science-based environmental impact analysis and building out a best-in-class product.

Responsibilities

  • Refine and implement online marketing campaigns through website and other marketing vehicles.
  • Develop customer and prospect engagement materials and activities.
  • Conduct data entry of prospective members/clients into HubSpot CRM and MailChimp.
  • Refine and implement online marketing campaigns through website and other marketing vehicles.
  • Assist in the organization and planning of events, managing marketing and outreach, and design programs.
  • Assist in drafting letters, emails, reports, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing; Experience in impact investing a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills;
  • Experience authoring or co-authoring marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to complete tasks on tight deadlines and close attention to timelines.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing other related duties as required
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, easy to work with.
  • Ability to work in the United States

About the position
