Membership and Marketing Manager

Boundless is seeking a Manager to support our membership, marketing, and event-related activities. The position will develop and manage communications and marketing activities, outreach and cultivation of existing and prospective members, and help organize events. The Coordinator will help build our community of private investors looking to maximize their impact while also generating competitive returns.


  • Help develop and execute membership cultivation and maintenance strategy;
  • Regularly communicate and meet with private investors who are engaged in or interested in impact investing;
  • Develop membership program materials and activities
  • Organize/plan live events, manage marketing and outreach, and design programs
  • Help execute webinars and recruit expert speakers for online events
  • Refine and implement online marketing strategy through website and other marketing vehicles
  • Draft letters, emails, reports, and research proposals
  • Develop and maintain current member and prospective member database
  • Develop and execute publication marketing strategy
  • Conduct data entry of prospective members/clients into Salesforce CRM and MailChimp


  • Well-developed research and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical and IT skills
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing, membership, finance, and/or a business development-related position
  • A demonstrated interest in impact investing
  • A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and MailChimp
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, easy to work with
